Fun Fact: Aldrin and Armstrong were on the Moon's surface for 21.5 hours but only about 2.5 of those hours were spent outside the lander and on the ground. The plan called for them to eat and then take a 5 hour nap because they'd already executed a lot of hard work to get there but neither man could sleep so they spent the next 6 hours in preparation to leave the module.
